GENERAL DESCRIPTION
JD BLV catalyst is a 3:1 blend of JD33-LV® and JD A1 catalysts. It is ideal for those producers
who wish to use an industry standard catalyst system, yet prefer to purchase one, accurately blended product for inventory purposes.

APPLICATIONS
JD BLV catalyst is a balanced blend of blowing and gelling amine catalysts. In the flexible slabstock industry,JD BLV catalyst can be used in all types of equipment and formulations.
However, it is generally specified for high-resilience and filled foams due to its superb catalytic activity. Industrial usage has also demonstrated smooth processing on continuous round block
equipment.
